Plan your trip at the Greyhound Hotel

Escape to Suburbia and it so happens you can have you cake and eat it. We are just 25 minutes by train to Central London but still situated just a short drive from the outstanding area of beauty – Surrey Hills – for an escape to the countryside. Our Hotel is steeped in history, situated beside a Church of Anne Boleyn, neighbouring the historic Honeywood Museum and overlooking the beautiful Carshalton Ponds of Wandle Valley. The Ponds lead to the infamous River Wandle – so important, it even has it’s own beer named after it.

Treat yourself at Utopia Beauty Spa

CARSHALTON PONDS

From the windows of our hotel, you’ll be able to see the beautiful Carshalton springs and ponds. The waters date back centuries, to when there used to be a Saxon settlement in the heart of Carshalton. If you’re not looking to venture far, we recommend having a stroll around the ponds. Alternatively, enjoy the view whilst cosied up in our pub.
