There’s so much to do and see in and around Carshalton.

We’re perched on the border of London and Surrey so you’ve got the best of both worlds. Surrounded by the Surrey Hills you can soak up the fresh air on a scenic hike at Box Hill, or keep it local with a wander along the Wandle Trail.

Honeywood Museum is on your doorstep and you’re not far from the likes of Morden Hall Park and Epsom Racecourse.

We love to share personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch.

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our lovely pub to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple.

Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

Brekkie is served from 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in).

If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

Our Comfy and Comfy Twin rooms are family-friendly. All have space for cots for little ones and fold-out beds for bigger little ones.

Some of our rooms can also adjoin to make super-spacious family rooms. If you’d like to bag these, pop a note in the “I have a comment” section in step 3 when booking direct, or give us a call.

Children under 2 stay for free. Children aged between 2-16 year’s old are are charged at £15 per night.

Yes, we love furry four-legged friends.

Some of our Comfy and Comfy Twin rooms on the ground floor are dog-friendly.

Just add your dog to your booking (up to two pups can stay with you for £20 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a doggy hamper full of tasty tail-wagging treats, a doggy bed or blanket and bowl.

We’ve got plenty of on-site parking which you can access from the main road (it’s just at the back behind our garden).

And just a head’s up that entry/exit is one-way.

We’re a 7-minute walk from Carshalton train station.

Travelling by tube? We’re a 14-minute taxi journey from Morden underground station (Northern Line). If you’re staying with us for a few days and have lots of luggage, you might find it easier to hop in a taxi. You can usually find cabs just outside the station and you’ll be with us in a jiffy.

We’re also on all main bus routes to and from Sutton and Croydon.

Stopping over before jetting off to sunnier climes? Gatwick airport is a 35-minute drive away, meaning you can get your holiday off to a leisurely start.

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.
